Hello All-
A few days ago, I posted about the streets here in Calgary, and how I thought the city planner was drunk when he/she decided to hang the traffic lights sideways. Thanks to fellow blogger and Calgarian (did I spell that right?), happygeek, I now know that this was done because of the wind. So, with that said, I am sorry to anyone who may have been offended by my comment, and I now think that the city planners in the US were drunk for not thinking of this first!!! I know that I have seen many lights swaying and holding on for dear life during storms back in Portland...now if only they could take a hint from the Canadians!!!
